1st Choice Seaside Weddings is the wedding outreach ministry of Higher Calling
Ministries, Incorporated. A Texas based, International,
non-denominational ministry, serving the world for Jesus Christ. Higher
Calling Ministries, Inc. is a tax exempt, federally recognized 501(c) 3
organization incorporated in the state of Texas. All of our ministers are
licensed and ordained Christian, non-denominational ministers and pastors
of Higher Calling Ministries, Inc. and are authorized to serve as
officiating ministers in their respective states. We are ministers, and
therefore only perform non denominational covenant marriage ceremonies.
We do not perform civil, same sex ceremonies or commitment ceremonies for
those desiring to live together without marriage. Please do not ask us to
remove God and Jesus from our ceremonies. If you are Atheist, please seek the
services of your local Justice of the Peace.
Fees received for our
weddings are used to support domestic and international ministry
departments of
Higher Calling Ministries.
Please allow 72 hours after obtaining your
marriage license from a Texas County license bureau before the
ceremony, unless you are active duty military. Check with the bureau
for details. We only perform legal & biblically based weddings or vow
renewals.

Incorporation performs services in the Columbus, GA; Galveston, TX; Corpus
Christi, TX and the Port Aransas, TX areas. Bishop Sylvester Jordan serves as
the officiant in the Columbus, GA; Oklahoma City, OK; Corpus Christi, TX
and Galveston, TX and their surrounding areas. Minister Wendy Nelson will serve the Houston and Galveston areas under the leadership
of Bishop S. Jordan. Minister Bonnie Costley represents Higher Calling Ministries in the Baltimore, MD and Washington
D.C. area. Pastor Eunice Gallets officiates ceremonies in the
South Florida area.
